Vertikalni BJT u 0.18um tehnologija (VBIC)?

Zdravo,
Ja sam bio težak to izraditi ovaj pojasni sklop u kadenca i simulirati koristeći predosjećaj.Sam uspio dobiti neki BJT parametara odnekud, koje sam koristi.Parametar bloka za BJT je:

TSMC pruža 3 BJT modela: PNP10, PNP5, PNP2 za to 018um proces.

PNP10, PNP5, PNP2 - znači odašiljač veličine 10x10, 5x5, 2x2.
